This policy explains what Qonversation collects through this website (qonversation.ai), including the design partner application, and how we use it. Questions go to support@qonversation.ai.

How the Qonversation app handles your HubSpot data is covered in a separate product privacy notice that you will receive before connecting HubSpot.

What we collect

What you tell us. When you apply to be a design partner, we collect your name, work email, company, job title, company size, whether your team uses HubSpot, the size of your sales development team, and anything you add in the open question.
Emails you send us. If you write to us, we keep the email and your contact details.
Basic technical information. Our application form is provided by HubSpot, which sets cookies and records information such as your browser, pages viewed and the form submission, so we can see where applications come from. Our hosting provider (Vercel) keeps standard server logs.

How we use it

To review your application and contact you about it.
To manage our relationship with you if you become a design partner or customer.
To understand how people find and use this website.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it to train AI models.

We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf: HubSpot (CRM and forms), Vercel (website hosting) and Google Workspace (email). We share information only as needed to run Qonversation, or when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep application information while we are talking with you and for a reasonable time after, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing support@qonversation.ai. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

This website is for business use and is not directed to anyone under 18.
